Account:

Extract of the Cancellation section of our Terms of Service :

  • You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking the Cancel My Account link from your Account page.
  • All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. Your content cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.
  • If you cancel the Service before the end of the month for which you have already been billed, the difference in unused days will not be refunded.
Cancelling you account will result in the following:
  1. Your content (e.g. projects, activities, skills maps, etc.) will be deleted.
  2. If you have implemented a widget on your blog or other site, the widget will no longer return any content
  3. Your account will be deleted
