Billing Policy

Billing Cycle

We initially bill you on the day you start a fee-based service. We then bill you on a monthly basis based on a duration of 30 days from the date you signed up for a fee-based service.
For example, if your signed up on the 5th of November, your first bill will occur on the 5th of December.

If you obtained your account via a special offer or through a promotion from a third party, you will be only billed once the free promotion expires.
For example, if you received a free one-year pro account through a promotion from Xyz Co., we will bill you after 30 days into your second year.

Account Upgrade

You can upgrade your account type (example from Personal plan to Pro plan) at any time. We will bill you immediately for the price difference so you can benefit immediately from the new features. The billing cycle will be reset based on the upgrade date.
For example, if you signed-up for a Personal plan on the 5th of November, and upgraded to the Pro plan on the 10th of November, you will pay for the upgrade on the 10th and your next bill will be on the 10th of December.

Account Downgrade

You can downgrade your account type (example from Pro plan to Personal plan) at any time. However the account restrictions (e.g. number of activities per project) will apply immediately. If you are above the limits of the new account type, we will only retain the most recent data matching the limits. You will then be responsible for adjusting your data to ensure you have enough capacity.
The billing cycle will be reset based on the upgrade date. If you downgraded to a Trial account, we will not refund the remainind days in your current billing cycle.
Example: if you signed-up for a Pro plan on the 5th of November, and downgraded to the Personal plan on the 10th of November, your next bill will be for the price of the Personal plan and will be on the 10th of December. If you had 6 new projects this year, we will retain the 4 most recent projects.

Account Cancellation

You can choose to cancel your account at any time. We will not refund you for the remaining days within your current billing cycle. Your data will deleted from our system to protect your privacy.

Late Bill Payment

If your bill is part due, your account will be disabled. Access to your data will be disabled until your bill is paid.

Account Termination

Your account will be disabled in case of violation of our Terms of Service.
